One Magnificent Mile (OMM) is a 24-storey office complex located along San Miguel Avenue in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.

The impressive granite and glass facade structure was conceived and designed by Klages, Carter & Veil of Los Angeles, USA. The building is fully equipped with sophisticated service facilities including: an executive gym, function rooms, multilevel parking, high-speed elevators, full-security, modern fire prevention systems, and 100% back-up power.

The main appeal of OMM is its location. It is within walking distance of major shopping malls, restaurants, banks, hotels and other major corporate offices in the Ortigas area. It also offers easy access to major transportation thoroughfares.

Building construction started in 1993 and was completed in 1995. There are a total of 130 units with a total usable area of 12,421.19 square meters for the entire building. Unit sizes range from 80 to 120 square meters.
